Yes! Sorolla.com gives you the option of purchasing the painting without the frame, just the canvas, with its corresponding decrease in price. You just need to tick the 'without frame' option when you add the product to your basket.

The Sorolla.com workshop is available to customers.

If you like a painting, but the frame doesn't match with your preferences or your home decor, we will exchange it for the one you want. Choose the frame you like of all our framed paintings and contact to our shop by phone: (+34) 954 501 111 or email: orders@sorolla.com.

In just 24 hours we will change the frame and we will send your framed painting!

(This service has an extra cost of 20 euros for labor)

Sorolla.com offers you several payment options. You can pay for your purchases through the internet with a credit card, with cash on delivery, with a bank transfer, through your PayPal account.

- Cash on delivery: This method of payment is not valid for orders above 1,500 €. (This method of payment incurs an additional cost of 5%, with a minimum of 10 €.)

26. What type of shipping does Sorolla.com offer, and how long does it take?

Sorolla.com offers you the following shipping options:

- DHL Express Shipping.

Shipments to countries inside EUROPE will be sent via the shipping company DHL; the delivery time will vary from 3-10 days depending on the area.

Shipments OUTSIDE EUROPE have a normal delivery time which varies from 5-12 days depending on the destination.


* For countries NOT belonging to the EU, Sorolla.com will only ship paintings without frames or stretchers. These shipments will be made in cylindrical tubes containing the rolled up painting.

27. What are the shipping costs for my online purchase?

- European Union (EU)............................................................ 35 €

- International (all other countries).................................... 60 €

For countries NOT belonging to the EU, Sorolla.com will only ship paintings without frames or stretchers. These shipments will be made in cylindrical tubes containing the rolled up painting.

29. Can I receive my order gift wrapped?

Of course! Sorolla.com sends all orders gift-wrapped and well presented, ready to give as a present.

Yes!. Every painting by a named artist sold by Sorolla.com is sent to the customer or buyer together with its GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY, specifying its materials, quality and status as a unique work created by its legitimate artist, which may not legally be copied.

36. If I am not satisfied with the product I have received, can I send it back?

Yes! You have 15 working days to arrange its return and refund. You must contact Customer Services during this period and return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

37. Will Sorolla.com refund the shipping costs when a product is returned?

No! Sorolla.com does not refund the shipping costs. The shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product does not conform to what you ordered.

38. I have received an article and I am not satisfied with it. Can I change it for another?

No, this is not possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can inform us within a maximum period of 15 working days to arrange for its return and request a refund. After having received the refund you can then make a new purchase.
