Shipments to countries inside EUROPE will be sent via the shipping company DHL; the delivery time will vary from 3-10 days depending on the area.

Yes! You have 15 working days to arrange its return and refund. You must contact Customer Services during this period and return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

No! Sorolla.com does not refund the shipping costs. The shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product does not conform to what you ordered.
