The sale prices indicated are exclusively for online purchases through this website and include taxes, but not shipping charges. Shipping charges are borne by the user when no promotional offer applies to these expenses, in this case they are added to the total price of the selected products once the order has been placed.
Sorollagallery.com reserves the right to change its sale prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the current rates listed on the site at the time your order is placed.
It must be borne in mind that all the pictures and paintings, and most of the objects of art which Sorolla Art Gallery offers for sale through this website, are unique products which may not legally be reproduced, which means that it may happen that a certain product is not in stock at a set time because it has previously been bought by another customer.
For this reason, orders will be sent within the limits of stock availability. If one of the articles ordered is not in stock, we undertake to send you an email within 3 days (from the date you placed your order) to tell you so.
We would offer you another article of equivalent quality and price. If this were declined, we would proceed with the cancellation and refund of the product or order.
Sorollagallery.com offers you 4 methods of payment: with credit card (Visa or Visa Electron, Mastercard), through a bank transfer, with PayPal or by cash on delivery.
a) Credit Card: If you choose to pay with a card, your order will not appear in your account and will not be sent until payment has been authorised by your bank or building society. Online payment by credit card is made through our secure payments system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the internet.
For security reasons, Sorollagallery.com checks all orders paid by bank card, moreover, for any payment whose amount is above a limit fixed by Sorollagallery.com, you will be asked for an identity document which should be set by fax or email.
We are sorry for the inconvenience which this could cause you. These methods of security are a firm proof of our desire to protect the customers of Sorollagallery.com from possible bank fraud.
b) Bank Transfer: Once the order has been made, you should make a bank transfer to our account which we will indicate on your purchase order.
The customer has 10 working days in which to make the transfer; if it has not been done within that time the order will be cancelled.
Once the transfer has been received we will proceed with the immediate shipping of the order.
c) In cash (On delivery): Payment on delivery will be made in cash at the time your order is received. Payment on delivery incurs an additional cost of 5% of the total value of the purchase (always with a minimum of 10€, even if the 5% would be less than this). The ideal solution if you do not wish to pay for your orders online. This method of payment is not valid for orders over 1,500 €.
d) Paypal: PayPal is one of the fastest methods to pay online. You can view your transaction history online 24/24 through your PayPal account.
Products bought through Sorollagallery.com are shipped throughout Europe.
Once an order has been sent it cannot be cancelled.
The order will be sent to the address you indicated when you made your purchase.
Delivery times will depend on the shipping method. Sorollagallery.com offers you shipping through the transport company Seur 24h for shipments to Spain and Portugal. This shipping method allows you to receive your order within 1/3 days (shipping to the mainland and islands) thanks to SEUR.
Shipments to Europe will be sent through the transport company DHL; the delivery time varies between 3-7 days depending European zone.
Shipments Outside Europe normally have a delivery time which varies between 5-12 days depending on the destination.
For the Canary Islands and countries not belonging to the EU, Sorollagallery.com will only send unframed paintings; these will be sent "without frame" or stretcher. Such shipments will be made in cylindrical tubes containing the rolled up painting.
If you place your order before 13:00, your order will be processed the same day, always provided the product appears as available in the website. Shipping charges will depend on the destination of the order in the absence of any relevant promotional offer.
If you do not receive a packet within the time indicated, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier that could last several days (approximately 15 working days.) During this period, no alternative shipment or refund can be made for the order.
We advise you to check when you receive your package that your order is correct and in perfect condition.
The delivery will be considered to be made when the product is handed to the customer by the courier and the addressee signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the addressee to check the products on receiving them and discover any exceptions and complaints that may be justified.
We inform you that a delay is possible in the 24 hours of the delivery. For security reasons, Sorollagallery.com checks all the orders paid with bank card. In this case, you will be asked or required to provide further data in order for your purchase to be accepted.
Consequently, to avoid delays with your order, we ask that when placing your order you indicate:
With the exception of any special agreement, the products of Sorollagallery.com will be processed in the agreed time starting with the day of payment. Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product; however, our undertaking is that the delivery will be effected in the shortest possible time, never more than 10 days, and counting from the day after the confirmation of the order. The customer will be informed at once if there is to be a delay in the delivery of the product purchased.
Si por cualquier motivo no está satisfecho con su pedido, dispone de un plazo de 7 días hábiles para comunicarnos la devolución. Los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del cliente salvo en caso de no conformidad del producto. Le aconsejamos que proteja sus artículos, ya que será responsable de los posibles daños que sufrieran durante el transporte.
Le rogamos nos devuelva la mercancía por correo certificado o con un seguro que podrá hacer con la compañía de transportes por el valor del producto. Este seguro será necesario en caso de despojo o pérdida de la mercancía por parte de la compañía de transportes. En cualquier caso, los eventuales gastos de la devolución corren a cargo del consumidor.
Según el presente derecho de devolución sólo se aceptarán los productos que sean enviados con su embalaje original, en estado nuevo y completo. No se aceptarán artículos que hayan sido enviados incompletos, estropeados, manipulados o sucios por parte del cliente.
Una vez recibidos los artículos en nuestros almacenes y comprobado que se cumplen las condiciones anteriores, procederemos al reintegro del importe.
El plazo para comunicarnos la devolución del pedido para su reembolso es de 7 días hábiles (el sello de correos dará fe). Sorolla.com le reembolsará en metálico, mediante el mismo método de pago usado por el cliente, en caso de que dicho método de reembolso no sea viable, Sorolla.com le reembolsará mediante transferencia bancaria.
En caso de análisis del producto, Sorollagallery.com hará todo lo posible para rembolsar al usuario en el plazo más breve.
a) Legal Warranties.
Everything we sell is subject to the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of freedom from latent defects, in the following legal conditions.
Sorollagallery.com gives no guarantee regarding products or services of third parties.
b) Guarantee of quality and authenticity of the work of art.
Every painting by a named artist offered for sale by Sorollagallery.com is sent to the customer or buyer together with its GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY document, specifying its materials, quality and status as a unique work created by its legitimate artist, which may not legally be copied.
Sorollagallery.com gives no guarantee regarding the results which may be obtained from the use of its products or services, nor on their total reliability or freedom from errors.
Sorollagallery.com expressly retains the title to its products sent until the full payment of the sale price, interest, shipping costs etc. Consequently, according to this condition, payment by letters of credit, promissory notes, cheques or any other security giving an obligation to pay will not be considered to have been made until the final outcome when they have been successfully converted into cash.
Nonetheless, the risks are transferred to the customer on the delivery of the products. The customer takes responsibility for the care and custody of the products and for taking out any relevant insurance in order to cover imperfections and accidents to which the products may be susceptible.
We remind you to keep a copy of the data contained in the products purchased. Sorollagallery.com takes no responsibility for any loss of data or files or, in general, for any damage resulting from the lack of a backup copy on the part of customers of the data contained in the products purchased.
Sorollagallery.com is not responsible for the failure to implement these conditions in the case of force majeure.
Sorollagallery.com is not responsible for any consequences which may result from improper use of the products sold on the website.
