Returns Policy for pictures and artworks: 'Money back if not satisfied'
If the customer considers that the product does not live up to their expectations, they should contact us within 15 working days and tell us that they wish to return it. They should return it completely unused in its original packaging and in perfect condition .
Whatever your reason for returning the article, make sure you keep your original invoice, because it is the only document you can use as security for the refund of the amount of the order.
